Phil Walker

Phil Walker is a highly experienced real estate investment professional with a strong background in institutional fund management, investment strategy and capital deployment across the UK and European property markets.

Prior to founding Coleford Capital, Phil served as Head of Investment at a European real estate asset manager where he worked closely with Bianca. In this role he was responsible for shaping the firm’s investment strategy and overseeing all investment activity across the platform. His responsibilities included sourcing and executing transactions, managing relationships with investors and capital partners, and directing the firm’s portfolio construction across multiple real estate sectors and risk profiles.

Earlier in his career, Phil worked at Savills Investment Management as part of the fund management team responsible for a £370 million Core-Plus fund. In this role he was involved in the acquisition, management and optimisation of assets within a diversified institutional portfolio, helping deliver performance through active asset management and disciplined capital allocation.

Phil has extensive experience across all major property sectors including residential, commercial and alternative assets. His background spans both institutional investment platforms and private wealth portfolios, giving him a broad understanding of capital structures, portfolio construction and long-term asset management.

Over the course of his career he has built a strong track record of identifying opportunities, structuring transactions and managing complex portfolios on behalf of institutional and private investors. His deep market knowledge, combined with a pragmatic and disciplined investment approach, has enabled him to deliver consistent value across different market cycles.
