Bianca Tristao

Bianca is an experienced real estate investment professional with a strong background in acquisitions, asset management and investment execution across the UK and European property markets.

Before launching Coleford Capital, Bianca was a Senior Investment Manager at a European real estate asset manager where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing investment opportunities across the UK and Europe. In this role she worked closely with capital partners and internal investment committees to identify opportunities, structure transactions and manage assets through the full investment lifecycle.

Earlier in her career Bianca worked at Knight Frank where she gained experience across a wide range of property sectors, advising clients on investment strategy, market positioning and transaction execution. Her work spanned both advisory and principal investment environments, giving her a well rounded understanding of how assets are sourced, analysed and managed on behalf of investors.

Bianca has worked across all major sectors of the property market and has particular expertise in transaction management and asset optimisation. Her experience on both the consulting and client sides allows her to combine detailed market insight with a disciplined investment approach, supporting the delivery of strong outcomes for investors and partners.
